1916 Spanish Mauser in 7.62x51 NATO - Very Good

1916 Spanish Mauser in 7.62x51. These are factory conversions done in the 1950s and are wonderfully handy little rifles, and these early cock-on-close Mauser actions are both very smooth and very fast. This one is in particularly nice condition, and, outside of some abrasion on the top of the exposed barrel, is free of any major defects. The finish on the receiver is still a nice dark color and the bore is clean with strong rifling. These rifles are a great way to shoot old Mausers without paying the prices associated with something like 7mm and 8mm Mauser.
